2. The offer is applicable only for New Bookings on select Ready properties. No discounts are applicable and this offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion.
3. The Offer is valid for eligible bookings done from 7th – 24th October 2021. It will not be applicable for any bookings done earlier to the period.
4. Customers to contribute a minimum of 25% of the Sale Value including Car parking, PLC & Floor rise charges. Conditions apply.
5. The scheme benefit will apply for a maximum of 75% of the Sale value, excluding taxes, additional charges, deposits, stamp duty & registration cost.
6. The scheme benefit will be passed as a credit entry in the statement of accounts of respective unit during possession.
7. Customers to ensure that the Loan sanction letter is submitted to Prestige within 15 days from the date of Booking.
8. The loan eligibility, quantum of loan and other terms are at the sole discretion of the lenders based on their set criteria and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to comply with the eligibility criteria and ensure disbursement within the specified time frame.
9. Customers to ensure that the Bank documentation is completed and loan amount is disbursed to Prestige within 45 days from the date of booking failing which the scheme benefits will be null and void.

11. Other charges towards BESCOM/BWSSB, generator charges, sinking fund, advance maintenance charges, legal charges, franking charges, registration charges, assessment charges and taxes as applicable are not included in the Rate Per Sq.ft., and are payable separately, on demand.
12. Self-attested proof of address and Pan Card copy needs to be attached along with this form. If the booking is in joint name, then both applicants need to sign this form.
13. The applicant(s) has/have inspected the location of the project and having being satisfied with the location, have signed and submitted this form to Prestige for booking the apartment/unit. The applicant has also read & understood the details & specifications of the project contained in the brochures/details provided by Prestige.
14. Cancellation: Cancellation fees is l 0% of the sale value plus applicable GST, for bookings done under KEYS 2021. Cancellation is at the Company’s sole discretion. Prestige is entitled to re-allot and re-sell the apartment/unit to any other person and on such terms and conditions as Prestige deems fit and repay to the applicant(s) the amount paid, after deduction of cancellation charges, within 60 days from the date of cancellation.
15. This booking is valid subject to clearing booking amount followed by the payment of the balance towards the total cost of the unit, within the stipulated period failing which, the scheme benefit will be null & void. Prestige has the right to revoke the allotment and charge

16. No assignment will be considered before signing of the Agreements and in the name of the Applicant(s) until payment of l 00% of the sale value. Assignment is subject to terms and conditions and payment of prescribed fees.
17. The applicant(s) agrees to execute the agreement in Prestige standard format within 15 days from the date of sending the agreement for execution by the company. In case of customers retaining the agreements beyond 15 days, it will be deemed that customer has understood & agreed to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
18. In case if the Applicant(s) fails to execute the Agreements within the prescribed period as specified above or if the delay/default in payment continues for a period of l (one) month, then Prestige shall at its option be entitled to cancel the scheme benefit and or booking/agreement and forfeit the amount paid.
19. Until the entire amount is paid by the Applicant(s), Prestige shall have the first lien on the said Apartment/Unit.
20. GST is payable on all payments for the Sale Value and extras (BESCOM/BWSSB, Generator Charges, Advance Maintenance, assessment charges as per the government guidelines)
21. Kindly ensure to deduct l % TDS, whenever a payment is made towards the immovable property valued above Rs.SO Lakhs and remit the balance to us. Also arrange to send duly signed form 16B (hard copy) to account for the TDS paid.
22. All disputes relating to/arising out of this transaction are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

Customer can avail the keys 2021 offer by choosing a unit from select list of ongoing properties and signing up KEYS 2021 booking form along with submissi on of relevant supporting documents & payment of 1 0% booking amount
The customer has to ensure to submit the loan sanction letter to Prestige within 15 days from the date of booking. Agreement has to be executed within 30 days from the date of booking and customer to ensure timely payment /disbursement as per the payment schedule issu ed by Prestige.

3. Can Prestige directly pay to the home loan provider instead of passing the customer a Credit Note?

Under the prevailing rules and guidelines relating to home loans, a developer cannot credit any amount towards a customer’s home loan to his loan account. Therefore, Prestige will only be able to pass on the scheme benefit as a credit note in the customer’s property account.

2. The customer does not want to take a home loan. Will he still get the scheme benefit? The customer's home loan amount is 80% of the property sale value. Will his scheme benefit change? The customer's home loan tenure is less than 10 years. Will his scheme benefit change? The customer's home loan interest rate is different that 6.7%, will his scheme benefit change?

The customer has to ensure to submit the loan sanction letter to Prestige within 15 days from the date of booking. Agreement will be executed within 30 days from the date of booking and customer to ensure balance 75% to be paid to Prestige within 45 days from the date of booking.
